Honorable Bradley G. Harper

The Honorable Bradley G. Harper was elected to the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit County Court in 2016. Judge Harper was elevated to Circuit Court Bench by Governor Ron Desantis in 2021. Judge Harper currently serves in the Circuit Civil Division.

As a lawyer, Judge Harper focused his practice on civil litigation, business litigation, construction litigation and appeals. Judge Harper successfully represented clients in federal trial, state trial and appellate courts. Judge Harper has successfully briefed and argued numerous cases before the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the Fourth District Court of Appeal. Judge Harper also successfully defended a petition for certiorari to the United States Supreme Court. In his practice, Judge Harper represented a diverse client-base that included individuals, small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Judge Harper was recognized by his peers with a Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating.

Judge Harper presently a faculty member at the Florida Judicial College and Florida College of Advanced Judicial Studies. Judge Harper mentors youth as a Scoutmaster and leader in his church. Judge Harper, his wife and children are proud native Floridians.
