Proof of residency: lease agreement w/rent amount including Section 8 cover statement (if applicable)
Income verification for the past 4 weeks: verification must include both Earned & Unearned Income. Earned income includes but is not limited to : pay stubs, employer verification statements. Unearned income includes but is not limited to: food stamps verification statements, SSDI, SSI, Child Support, Pensions, Unemployment Compensation, Workman's Compensation.
Utility bills: last or most current electric, water, gas.

Children up to 12 years old who live in St. Lucie County and whose families meet income eligibility guidelines. If applied to another agency for toys will not be eligible for WPSL program. All documentation must be received before applications can be finalized and approved. Note: if applied to another agency for toys, will not be eligible for WPSL program.
