ASIST is a life-saving workshop,

ASIST - Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training is designed to equip participants with the skills to intervene and provide support to individuals at risk of suicide. This two-day workshop is an interactive and evidence-based training that empowers attendees to recognize warning signs, offer immediate assistance, and connect individuals with appropriate resources. 

ASIST is evidence based and can be learned and used by anyone.

Important Note: To receive credit for completion, participants must attend both days of the workshop within the same session block.
