2024 Back to School Events
We've rounded up a list of FREE supply events happening in Palm Beach and Treasure Coast counties. Some events also offer school physicals, haircuts and other activities. Please be aware that you may need to register in advance…and for some events are limited while supplies last.
Back to School Sales Tax Holiday: beginning Monday, July 29, 2024 and ending on Sunday, August 11, 2024- No sales tax collected on purchases of: learning aids and jigsaw puzzles for $30 or less; most school supplies selling for price of $50 or less; uniforms, clothing, footwear and certain accessories selling for $100 or less per item; computers and related accessories selling for $1500 or less (when purchased for non-commercial and personal use)

Back-to-School Splash Jams July 29-31
Cool down and wrap up the summer with Back-to-School Splash Jams hosted by St. Lucie County’s Parks, Recreation and Facilities Department’s free pool parties for all ages. Families are encouraged to stop by one or all of these free events featuring games, food, drinks and more.
