Walmart and Sam’s Clubs

To check availability and schedule an appointment, visit: www.walmart.com/COVIDvaccine and www.samsclub.com/covid. You will need a Walmart or Sam’s Club account to register.

Whole Family Health Center

Whole Family Health Center may receive limited supplies of COVID-19 Vaccines. These vaccines are currently limited to our most vulnerable community members aged 70 and over. To be included in our waitlist, click here or call 1-888-976-9342. Please your name, date of birth, phone number and county of residence. Whole Family Health Center is currently not taking walk-ins for COVID-19 vaccinations. Appointments are required, no exceptions.

Jaber’s Pharmacy

Jaber’s Pharmacy is offering the Johnson & Johnson vaccination Wednesday-Saturday 11am-5pm. (With scheduling groups of 5). Call 772-501-3670 to register. Jaber’s is located at 2210 Orange Ave, Fort Pierce, FL 34950.

Disability Information and Access Line (DIAL)

Help with COVID-19 vaccinations for people with disabilities by calling 888-677-1199 Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Disability Information and Access Line (DIAL) is now available to help people with disabilities get vaccinated.  The DIAL's trained staff is standing by to: Help find local vaccination locations, assist with making vaccination appointments, and connect callers to local services – such as accessible transportation – to overcome barriers to vaccination.

U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs

All Veterans, their spouses, and caregivers can get COVID-19 vaccinations from VA under the Save Lives Act. Click here for additional information.

Cleveland Clinic Martin Health

To receive an appointment, individuals who believe they may have symptoms of COVID-19 must first call a nurse triage hotline at 772-419-3360, between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Saturday - Sunday.

General Tips

  • Call your Medical Provider before visiting their office if you think you may have Coronavirus or a simpler medical issue

  • Practice all CDC guidelines to limit Coronavirus transmission.

  • Medical services, including elective procedures, surgical centers, office surgery centers, dental offices, orthodontic offices, endodontic office and other health care practitioners' offices may fully re-open with the condition that they meet federal, state and local government requirements.

Transportation St. Lucie County

Advantage Ride (UZURV)

UZURV is an Adaptive Transportation Network Company that is funded by the State of Florida to provide safe reliable transportation to persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities. UZURV drivers are trained in CPR, First Aid, and Disability Sensitivity. Eligible Rides will originate or terminate in St. Lucie, Indian River, Martin and Okeechobee Counties. Hours are Monday through Friday from 5:30 am - 10 pm and Saturday & Sunday from 7:30 am - 7:30 pm. Transportation fee does apply. For more information, please call (772) 946-9122.

Uber and Lyft

Uber and Lyft will begin offering free rides to anyone going to a vaccination site to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Officials say the free rides will be offered from May 24 to July 4.
