2-1-1 Information and Crisis Services is a community hotline providing free, 24-hour access to information, referrals, and anonymous telephone counseling services.

By simply dialing 2-1-1, callers are able to talk to caring, trained counselors who provide supportive counseling and/or community referrals. Our referral information is updated frequently to minimize the chances of making inappropriate referrals.

People call 2-1-1 Information and Crisis Services for many reasons. Some simply need a phone number to a community program, while others call because they need to talk over a problem. Every call is different.

2-1-1 Information and Crisis Services also offers suicide prevention and telephone crisis counseling. We receive calls from hundreds of suicidal people each year and help to prevent many needless deaths.
