Add Your Information Instructions

 

Click the word Add above and then Add on database website opened.

  • Type-in the following which is required:         
     
  • Complete as many fields as possible describing your agency.
  • Please don't neglect fields such as the eligibility reuirements or your service area.
  • When completed click “SUBMIT” and your information will be emailed to 211

Update Your Information Instructions

Click the word Update above and then Update on database website opened.

  • In the “Search Type” pull down, select Agency Record(s)
  • Leave the default of “Search contains text”
  • Click the box " Name” to place a check in the box
  • In “Find Text” type one of two consecutive words which distinguishes your agency name. Do not type the entire name, because if you misspell one word or add an extra space the search engine will not find your agency. (i.e. United Way)
  • Leave “Geographic Filter” set to All Areas
  • Click the “SEARCH NOW” button - The results of your search should display on the right side, and may list several agencies which are similar to your agency’s name. Scroll down the screen, if you cannot find your agency, there may be several pages to view. Keep scrolling and view all the pages until you see your agency name complete with address and phone number.
  • Clicn on The AGENCY NAME - This will show a complete data screen detailing everything we currently know about your agency. You will also notice a list of all the programs currently know to us.
  • If you want to update your AGENCY INFORMATION While still in the agency information screen, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Update Information” button.
  •  In the next screen, you can now make your changes/additions in the area provided. When you click “SUBMIT”, your information will be emailed to 211. 
  • If you want to update your PROGRAM INFORMATION - While still in the agency information screen, click on the name of the program you want to view/update. This will bring up the program information screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Update Information” button.
  •  In the next screen, you can now make your changes/additions in the area provided. When you click “SUBMIT”, your information will be emailed to 211.
